Abstract
The Y- and the Z-generation appeared on the labour market a few years ago. The socialization of both generation mostly happened in the digital world, that is why several features of these generations - as an employee - vary from previous generations. In our essay we show those features of Y - and Zgenerations which appeared on the labour market.
