This article describes the direction which is competent for the Hungarian legislation — with drawing a parallel between the continental and anglo-saxon criminal procedural systems. During the development of law has grown up these two forms of criminal procedural systems. The main feature of the trial system: particularly the connection between criminal procedural principles and trial; leading the trial; the presence of the clients on he trial; open the court; bringing a charge; questioning the accused; taking of evidence on he trial; changing or withdrawing the charge; speeches during the trial; and adoption of resolution.
