Absztrakt (kivonat)
The study aims the investigation of the – lately more and more frequently emerging – phenomenon, which is the registration within the framework of public administrative procedures of different extent, different described wire easements for energy providers onto privately owned property, so the knowledge of this fact to the owner came only after the registration, even despite the fact that the wire founding easement or the wireless security zone does not affect the property. The registration infringe numerous constitutional rights, both in terms of the procedure law and the substantive law. The Constitutional Court has not yet ruled on the matter, although it is far from unique, which is proven by the fact that ombudsman Máté Szabó in his report examined further problems in 2013 after once have the report in 2011.
