Absztrakt (kivonat)

The article describes and illustrates the creative work of the famous graphic artist H. I. Narbut. It identifies a peculiar feature that «Narbut» font differed from others and explores its characteristics as well as selects the periods of development of the Narbut font, identifies positive features of the newly created font. Narbut characterized the high skill of the graphic artist in registration and illustration of books.
