Professions that are based on work with people require a good voice condition. Healthy, not impaired voice organs and a good voice technique are, however, not a permanent guarentee of one’s voice withstanding any unlimited load. Everybody should save his or her voice, giving it proper care. The present paper deals with voice exercises that can be used for the support of voice condition and for the relaxation of tired vocal cords as well as all the vocal organs.
