Absztrakt (kivonat)
The public trust with the courts is also interest of the judge’s and the citizen’s too. To reinforce this trust, it is obvious that the court need to make efforts. And also important that this trust shouldn’t be swayed by injustified, rough attacks. We should make a discussion about the initiators about the defense against the attacked judges and the court’s authority and we should draw the legislator’s attention, if this topic needs modification.
