This paper present the qualitative LM and TEM results of the partially degraded pollen grains of Alnus glutinosa (L.) GAERTN. Three series (2-aminoethanol, 2-aminoethanol + KM11O4, 2-aminoethanol + merkaptoethanol) of experiments and glycerine (50%) treatment were carried out. Identities within the series of experiments were established.
