Absztrakt (kivonat)
Pollen grains of Acer platanoides L. were partially degraded with 2-aminoethanol for different durations. For second degradation agent KMnO-i aq. dil. and merkaptoethanol was used. Partial dissolution with diluted (50%) glycerine was made for 30 days. Based on the new results we concluded that the biopolymer system of the ectexine of this species is of weak resistance.
