In my study I compared two short stories of László Kollár-Klemencz with the methods of ecocriticism. I observed the relation between human and nature in the two selected short stories taking into consideration the role of technical devices. I have managed to manifest that in the two short stories the relation between human and nature can not be harmonic due to the human nature, first of all the impatience of humans. The technical devices did not have any role in the stories they have not made the distance bigger between human and nature. There were also differences between the two short stories in the method of describing the relation. In the first short story the author used the plot to describe the relation, in the second short story the descriptions helped to understand it. There should be further researches to find more types used by the author for describing the human-nature relation in his writings.
