In the first part of article, i am going to discuss introduction, role of competition law and historical business classes in Pakistan, with current business environment in Pakistan. Second part, the legislative history of the competition law and its beginning as well hurdle in the way, the judicial system of Pakistan Third part included the conclusion of article; I have suggested some solutions to improve the performance of competition commission performance.
