The sexual minority : The essay is about sexual deviance concentrating on gays and lesbians. First we tried to present the history of the sexual deviancies with some foreign and Hungarian researches.The definition of the problem was changed in every historical and social age. T he sex¬ual deviance is defined like a social problem in the civil society. Researching the homo¬sexual and lesbian minorities is a difficult work because these groups are discriminated and they don't want to place on record their sexual difference. Nevertheless the problem has been come into prominence since the AIDS had been spreading. Most Hungarian surveys carried out by László Tóth showed that the people's minds are still not open to the sexual deviancies, however, it has started to change. Some organisations have been founded to fight against bias.
