Absztrakt (kivonat)

The author is presenting the valid regulations of hunting law in practice and the circle of persons entitled to hunt. Out of this circle, there is more emphasis on organisational forms allowed to operate as social organisations. While appreciating today’s situation of hunters’ society, the outstanding significance of the topic derives from our need to face the importance of a more accurate, wellconsidered legal regulation of social organisations entitling to practice hunting law. Although our acts on the protection of game, gamekeeping and hunting name hunters’ societies, detailed regulations of their named organisations as social organisations – societies are regulated by other, occasionally inferior rules, even older than our hunting law in force.
