El Golpe de Estado de 1973, supuso la instauración de un nuevo orden y proyecto refundacional de la nación. Instalación que fue ejercida mediante la disposición de una serie de dispositivos destinados a corroborar la capacidad del Régimen de administrar la vulneración de los cuerpos y los discursos. En este contexto de coerción comunicativa y totalización del terrorismo de Estado, los discursos poéticos, lejos de replegarse al autosilenciamiento y cristalizarse en los resabios de tradición interrumpida, expanden sus comprensiones respecto al acto escritural e inscripciones hacia el lugar político del extratexto, proveyendo una pluralidad inédita de discursos de impugnación y formas de aprehender para la representación el lugar de los cuerpos y la ciudad respecto a la violencia que los codifica como espacios de poder y resistencia.
