Abstract

Analysing the activities of research and development in the V. five year plan period (1976-80) it can he established, that in the field of brewing industry a fruitful work was performed and the predominant part of the results of research work was directly put into practice. The activities of research and development significantly contributed to the technical improvement of the canning industry, to the elaboration of up-to-date technological lines. A number of results of research work was realized in the development of products and in the widening of choice. Bei der Analyse der Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeit der V-ten Fiinfjahrplansperiode (1976 — 1980) ist es feststellbar, dass die Arbeit auf dem Gebiet der Bierindustrie erfolgreich war und die Forschungsergebnisse grösstenteils in der Praxis unmittelbar verwendet wurden. Die Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeit beitrug bedeutend zur technischen Entwicklung der Konservenindustrie und zum Ausbau der zeitmässigen technologischen Richtungen. Viele Forschungsergebnisse wurden auch auf dem Gebiet der Produktentwicklung und Sortimentszusammenstellung verwendet. En analysant l’activité en recherches et developpements du cinquiéme quinquennat (1976-1980) il est constatable que le travail était fructueux dans le domaine des recherches dans l’industrie de la biére et la plupart des résultats de recherche a été réalisée en pratique. L’activité en recherches et développements s’est ajoutée ä la création des techniques modernes et au développement technique. Beaucoup de résultats de recherche se sont utilisés dans le domaine du développement de produit et d’assortiment.
