Abstract

A nemzetközi irodalomban leírt fehérje poliakrilamid-gél elektroforézis ezüstszínezési eljárásokat leegyszerűsítve kidolgoztunk egykönnyen kivitelezhető előhívó módszert a ferogramok fehérjesávjainak láthatóvá tetele céljából. Az eljárás jól reprodukálható, gyorsabb és kevésbé befolyásolják a reakciókörülmények, mint az eddig ismert módszereket. Az érzékenység tapasztalataink szerint kb. ötvenszerese a Coomassie Brillant Blue-val történő előhívásnak. A közönséges fotovegyszer-minőség megfelelő. The author simplified the silver colouring of the protein polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis in the international literature described and worked up a lightly accomplishable developer method for sightening of protein bands on the ferograms. The method is a good reproducible, faster and the circumstances of the reaction influence it less, than known methods until now. According to the author’s experience the sensitivity of the method is about fifty times as much as the sensitivity of the method with Coomassie Brillant Blue developed. Common photo reagent quality is convenient. Durch die Vereinfachung der Silberfärbungsverfahren der in der internationalen Literatur beschriebenen Eiweiß-Poliacrylamid-Gelelektrophorese wurde eine leich ausführbare Entwicklungsmethode zur Sichtbarmachung der Eiweißstreifen von Ferrogrammen entwickelt. Das Verfahren ist gut reproduzierbar, schneller und wird von den Reaktionsbedingungen weniger als die bisher bekannten Methoden beeinflußt. Die Empfindlichkeit beträgt etwa das 50 fache der Entwicklung m it Coomassie Brillant Blue. Die Qualität der üblichen Photochemikalie ist ausreichend.
