Absztrakt (kivonat)
Nach einer Übersicht der Literatur über die Chromatographie und die quantitative Bestimmung der Phospholipide werden die die dünnschichtchromatographische Abtrennung der Phosphelipide beeinflussenden Faktoren untersucht. Vor der Abtrennung an der Dünnschicht ist es zweckmässig, die neutralen Fette durch Säulenchromatographie von den Phospholipiden abzutrennen. Die quantitative Bestimmung der Phospholipide erfolgt sodann entweder durch eine unmittelbare densitometrische Messung oder aber mittels Gaschromatographie bzw. nach Eluieren auf Grund des Phosphorgehaltes. A survey is given of the analytical literature concerning the chromatography and quantitative determination of phospholipids, and the factors affecting the separation of phospholipids by thin layer chromatography are examined . Prior to separation by thin layer chromatography it is expedient to separate the neutral fats from phospholipids by column chromatography. The quantitative determination of phispholipids can be carried out either by direct densitometric measurement or by means of gas chromatography or after elution, on the basis of the phosphorus content.
