Abstract

Der Gehalt von chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen wurde im Januar and Oktober 1974 in 72 Mustern von Milch, Sahne und Käse durch Gaschromatographie bestimmt. Die erhaltenen Angaben (bezüglich Gehalte an gamma-НСН, DDT, DDE, DDD) zeigen bei einem Vergleich m it den Untersuchungswerten von früheren Jahren, dass sich die Gesamtmenge von DDT in Milch und Molkereiprodukten langsamer als erwartet vermindert, und obwohl der Stand des gesamten DDT in Milch und Molkereiprodukten langsamer als erwartet herabnimmt und der Gesamtgehalt an DDT in Milch viel niedriger ist als die in den sechzigen Jahren gefundenen Werte, ist eine geringe Erhöhung in den letzten drei Jahren wahrnehmbar. Der gamma-HCH-Oehalt von Milchmustern zeigt gleichfalls eine geringe Erhöhung in den letzten drei Jahren. Die möglichen U rsachen dieser Erscheinung werden besprochen, und zugleich werden Angaben zur Feststellung neuer reellen Grenzwerte für den Gehalt von tierischen Produkten an chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen veröffentlicht. Contents of chlorinated hydrocarbons (gamma-HCH, DDT, DDE, DDD) were determined in 72 samples of milk, cream and cheese in January and October 1974 by gas chromatography. On comparing the results with those of previous years it was found that the total amount of DDT in milk and dairy products decreases slower than expected, and that though the level of total DDT inmilk and dairy products decreases slower than expected and the level of total DDT is much lower than that observed in the sicties, a slight increase is observable in the last three years. The content of gamma-HCH in milk samples showed similarly a slight increase in the last three years. The potential causes of this increase are discussed, and at the same time data are given for the new real lim it values to be prescribed for the content of chlorinated hydrocarbons in animal products.
