Eine leicht durchführbare Rutinemethode wird zur Messung der Cs—137- Verunreinigung in Lebensmitteln empfohlen. Bei selektiver Bindung an Ammoniumphosphormolybdat (AMP)beipH 1,5 —3,0 in Anwesenheit von 30 Cs+-Trägerstoff sind sogar 10 pCI von Cäsium —137 gut messbar in einer Lösung von 250 cm3, falls man 500 mg AMP zufügt, dann filtriert, präpariert, und misst die A ktivitä t nach Trocknung,unter Anwendung eines GM-Rohrs. Vorder Einstellung des pH-Wertes reinigt man die salpetersauren Lösungen der veraschten Lebensmittelmuster durch Zentrifugieren. A readily conductable routine method is suggested for the measurement of contamination of foods by cesium —137. Even 10 pCi of cesium-137 can be reliably determined by selective binding on ammonium phosphomolybdate (AMP) at pH 1.5-3.0 in the presence of 30 mg of Cs+-carrier from a solution volume of 250 cm3, provided 500 mg of AMP is mixed up with the sample, then filtered, processed and dried, and activity is determined with the use of a GM valve. Prior to adjusting the pH value, the nitric acid solutions of the incinerated food samples are purified by centrifuging.
