Mengen der in Ungarn zur Anwendung genehmigten und in der Landwirtschaft verbreitet verwendeten Phosphorsäureester-Pestizide (Methylparathion, Phention, Dimethoat) wurden in pfläznlichen Mustern bestimmt. Als zu untersuchende Modellsubstanz wurde m it den der genehmigten Grenzwert entsprechenden Mengen von Phosphorsäureestern willkürlich verunreinigte Äpfel benützt. Die Analyse bestand aus drei Schritten: 1. Extraktion des Pestizids, 2. Reinigung des Extraktes durch Säulenchromatographie, und 3. quantitative Bestimmung des Pestizids mittels Gaschromatographie (mit einem phosphorselektiven Therinoionisationsdetektor) und mittels Dünnschichtchromatographie. Die zur Reinigung eines Musters benötigte Menge des gewählten Sorbens und seine A ktivität wurden bestimmt. Es wurde auch der in den einzelnen Schritten des Vorbereitungsvorgangs des Musters stattfindende Pestizidverlust und die Abhängigkeit des Pestizidgehaltes der verunreinigten Apfelmuster von der Länge der Lagerungszeit und von den Unständen der Lagerung untersucht. Phosphoric acid ester pesticides licensed for use in Hungary and applied widely in agriculture (such as methylparathion, phenthion and dimethoate) were determined in plant samples. Lyophilized apple contaminated artificially with amounts of phosphoric acid esters corresponding to the licensed lim it values served as model substances. The analysis sonsists of three steps: 1. extraction of the pesticide, 2. purification of the extract by column chromatography, and 3. quantitative determination of the pesticide by gas chromatography (using a phosphorus-selective thermoionization detector) and hy thin layer chromatography. The amount and activity of the selected sorbent required for the purification of a sample were determined. The pesticide loss occurring in the various steps of the sample preparation process and the dependence of the pesticide content of the contaminated apple samples on the length and conditions of storage were also investigated.
