Abstract
Bei den Untersuchungen wurde Selenigesäure als Katalysator bei der KjeldahlZersetzung angewendet. Die im digerierten Muster gegenwärtigen NHp-Ionen wurden, ohne irgendeine Arbtennung durch Destillation, durch eine biamperometrische Titrierung mit einer KOBr-Lösung bestimmt, und die Ergebnisse dieser Titrierung wurden mittels des Kjeldahl — Winkler Verfahrens kontrolliert. Die empfohlene Methode kann auch zur Bestimmung der Na+-Ionen mittels Flammenphotometrie verwendet werden. In der Stammlösung sind sogar die PO£--Ionen als Phosphormolybdänvanadat durch Spektrophotometrie bestimmbar. In the investigations selenious acid was used as a catalyst in the Kjeldahl d gestion. The NH4+-ions present in the digested sample were determined, without separation by distillation, by biamperometric titration with a solution ofKOBr as titrant, and the results obtained by this titration were checked by the KjeldahlWinkler procedure. The suggested method enables also the determination of Na+- ions by flame photometry. In the stock solution also the POj-ions can be determined by spectrophotometry as phosphomolybdovanadate.
