Unterschiede in der Grössenordnung des Äthanolgehaltes von Erfrischungs getränken in Flaschen, deren Erzeugungsdaten identisch waren, wurden fallweise gemessen. Es wurde durch die Varianzenanalyse von insgesamt 75 Angaben, die von 5 verschiedenen Produkten mit 3 verschiedenen Methoden mittels je 5 Parallelmessungen erhalten wurden, bestätigt wurde, dass zwischen die Messwerten bei einem Wahrscheinlichkeitswert von 95% keine Unterschiede sind, und dass diese Werte gut reproduzierbar sind. Durch Vergleich der Streuungen wurde ferner bestätigt, dass keine der Methoden von den beiden anderen wesentlich abweicht. Eine mikrobiologische Kontrolle der Produkte könnte aufklären, wie die Entwicklung der Unterschiede zwischen den tatsächlichen Äthanolgehalten der einzelnen Flaschen durch der mikrobiologische Zustand der Flaschen und durch die Lagerungsumstände beeinflusst wird. In some cases differences were measured in the order of magnitude of the ethanol content of bottled soft drinks w’hose dates of production were the same. The variance analysis of a total of 75 data obtained in respect to 5 various products by 3 different methods, on carrying out each time 5 parallel measurements proved that no differences exist between the measured values at a probability level of 95% and that these values can be well reproduced. A comparison of the scatterings has shown that neither of the methods significantly deviates from both others. A microbiological control of the products could clear up how the development of the differences between the actual ethanol contents of the individual bottles is affected by the microbilogical state of the bottles and by the conditions of storage.
