Abstract
Eine gaschromatographische Methode wurde zur Bestimmung des Methanolgehaltes von in Ungarn (hauptsächlich in Transdanubien) gebrannten Branntweinen entwickelt. Die aus diesen Branntweinen entnommenen Muster werden ohne irgendeine Vorbereitung unmittelbar ins Gerät injiziert. Es wurde bei den Untersuchungen festgestellt, dass der Methanolgehalt aller analysierter Branntweinen den qualitativen Vorschriften enteprach, d.h. weniger als 2 Vol.% betrug. A gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of the methanol content of brandies distilled in Hungary (mainly in the Transdanubian region). The samples withdrawn from these brandies are injected directly into the apparatus without any preparation. In the course of the investigations it was found that all brandies met the requirements for methanol content in that their methanol content was under 2% by volume.
