Abstract

In diesem erstem Teil einer Abhandlungsreihe wurden die wichtigsten Fehlerquellen der automatischen Aminosäureanalyse, als eines der wichtigsten Verfahren der instrumentalen Bestimmungen der Zusammensetzung in der Biochemie und in der Lebensmittelanalyse zusammengefasst. Die Phänomene und Probleme, die die Genauigkeit der Ergebnisse der Aminosäureanalyse herabsetzen, wurden gründlich untersucht. Bei der vorliegenden Diskussion werden die Fehlertypen beschrieben, die im abtrennenden Teil des Aminosäureanalysiergerätes Vorkommen. In den nachfolgenden Teilen der Reihe werden die Fehlerquellen des Nachweises und der Auswertung diskutiert. In this first part of a series of papers the error sources of one of the most important proceses of instrumental composition measurement of biochemistry and food analysis: of the automated analysis of amino acids have been summarized. The phenomenons and the problems responsible for the decrease of the accuracy of the results of amino acid analysis were thoroughly investigated. In the course of the present discussion the error types occurring in the separating section of the aminoacid analyzer are treated. In the following parts the error sources of the detection and evaluation will be discussed.
