Absztrakt (kivonat)

Zum parallelen Nachweis von fünf Mycotoxinen (Deoxynivalenol, Diacetoxyscirpenol, HT — 2, T —2, Zearalenon) wurde eine Methode entwickelt. Das Getreidemuster wurde m it Äthylacetat, sodann m it einem 6:4 Gemisch von MethanoLWasser gereinigt. Das gereinigte Muster wurde mit BSTFA (N,0- bis/trimethylsilyl/trifluoracetamid) zu seinem Derivat umgesetzt. Die Untersuchungen wurden an einer m it SE 52 auf den Wänden benetzten kapillaren Säule durchgeführt. Der Koväts-sche Retentionsindex der untersuchten fünf Mycotoxine wurde bestimmt. Zurückgewinnungs- und Streuungsuntersuchungen wurden mit Gemischen von Getreiden und reinen Toxinen durchgeführt, wobei die Rückgewinnung 70-80% -ig, die Streuung 10-18% -ig war. Die entwickelte Methode wurde an Mustern aus der Praxis angewendet. A method was developed for the parallel determination of five mycotoxins (desoxynivalenol, diacetoxyscirpenol, H T -2 , T -2 , zearalenon). The sample of the cereal was extracted by ethyl acetate and then by a 6:4 mixture of methanol and water. The purification of the sample was carried out by kieselgel 60 column chromatography. The purified sample was converted by BSTFA (N,0-bis/trimethylsilyl/trifluoracetamide) to its derivative. The investigations were carried out on a capillary column wetted with SE 52 on its walls. The retention index according to Kováts of the examined five mycotoxins was determined. Recovery and scattering tests were carried out with the use of pure toxins mixed up with cereals. The percentage of recoveries were between 70 and 80% whereas that of the scatterings between 10 and 18%. The developed methods were applied on samples withdrawn from the practice.
