Abstract

In der fünften Fünfjahrplanperiode (1976—1980) beschleunigte die Forschung die Arbeit auf dem Gebiet der Modernisierung der Backwarenindustrie und erweiterte die Entwicklungsarbeit, erhöhte die Wirksamkeit. Die Forschungstätigkeit wurde im Rahmen eines Programms mit dem Titel „Ausarbeitung moderner Technologie für Backwarenindustrie“ ausgeübt. Das Programm erreichte im wesentlichen das festgelegte Ziel und hat eine bedeutende Umwandlung auf dem Gebiet der Backwarenproduktion hervorgerufen. In the V. five-year period (1976— 1980) the research work for the modernization of baking industry accelerated and extended development and increased efficiency. The research activities were displayed in the frame of the programme entitled “Elaboration of up-to-date technologies in baking industry”. The programme practically reached its aim, it resulted in a significant change in the field of bakery production. Les recherches effectives pour la modernisation de l’industrie boulangére dans la périodc du cinquiétne quinquennat (1976-1980) ont fait intensifier les développements, ont multiplié l’éfficacité. Les recherches ont été réalisées dans la domaine du programme «Élaboration des technologies boulangéres modernes». Le programme a atteint en substance son but en ayant des changements sensibles pour résultat dans l’industrie boulangére.
