Abstract
Verfasser bestimmte den Magnesiumgehalt des mit Magnesiumcitrat und C-Vitamin angereicherten, ,,Viróma” genannten Hagebuttensyrups. Von dem verdünnten Syrup ausgehend bindet er die Erdalkaliionen an eine auf die Natriumform gebrachte starke Kationenaustausch-Säule und eluiert dann mit Kochsalzlösung. Das nun von allen Farbstoffen freie Eluat wird komplexometrisch titriert. The magnesium content of rose-hip syrup enriched with magnesium citrate and ascorbic acid, and sold under the name „Viróma” was determined as follows. The sample of the syrup was diluted, and the alkali earth metal ions were bound in a strong cation exchanger column of sodium form. Subsequently, these ions were eluted with a solution of sodium chloride. The eluate (already completely free of colouring substances) was subjected to complexometric titration to obtain the desired magnesium content.
