Die Verfasser stellten im Laufe ihrer Prüfungen konservindustrieller Produkte fest, dass deren Zinnkontamination im allgemeinen die in der Norm vorgeschriebenen maximalen Werte nicht übersteigt. Dies ist auf zwei Ursachen zurückzuführen erstens auf die geriuge dösungs Geschwindigkeit und zweitens darauf, dass die Produzenten und Verkaufsstellen die Produkte innerhalb der Haftzeit zu verwerten trachten, diese daher nicht so lange im Verkehr sind bis eine beanstandbare Kontamination eintritt. On investigating various tinned foods in commercial market it was found, that the tin contaminations of the tinned food preprrations generally do not exceed the levels specified in the industrial standards. This is due to two reasons a) the rate of dissolution of tin is rather low, and b) the undertakers manufacturing and marketing these preparations usually sell their products within the guaranty period. Thus, the marketing period of the tinned foods is generally so short that no significant tin contaminations may occur. Au cours de l’examination des produits de l’industrie des conserves en boites les auteurs ont trouvé que leur contamination par de l’étain ne dépasse pas le niveau maximum établi par le norme. Cela tient á deux causes, notamment que la vitesse de dissolution de l’étain est faible et que les établissements fabricants s’efforcent d’écouler leurs produits avant l’expiration du terme de garantie, ainsi ceux-ci ne sont pás sur le marché assez longtemps pour qu’une contamination contestable puisse s’accomplir.
