Abstract
Verfasser bespricht die bei der Papierchromatographie von Kohlenhydraten zu beachtenden Gesichtspunkte. Er behandelt den Einfluss der Struktur und der chromatographischen Technik auf die Eluierung der Kohlenhydrate. Bei der absteigenden Methode erörtert er die wiederholte, die ausfliessende sowie die radiochromatographische Methode eingehender. The aspects to be taken into account in the paper chromatographic investigation of carbohydrates are described by the author. Also the effect of the structure of carbohydrates and of the chromatographic technique on the elution process is discussed. In connection with the descendent running technique, the repeated and overflow methods and radiochromatographic method are treated in detail. L’auteur passe en revue les points de vue á prendre en considération quant á la Chromatographie au papier des hydrates de carbone. 11 traite l’effet de la constitution de l’hydrate de carbone et de la technique de la Chromatographie sur l’évaluation. En parlant de la méthode descendante il donne des détails concernant les méthodes á répétition et á débordement, et aussi la méthode radiochromatographique.
