Verfasserin demonstriert die papierchromatographische Keilstreifenmethode von Matthias durch Trennung der Komponenten eines Zuckergemisches. Für die qualitative Analyse empfiehlt sie eine Kombination von gepufferter Dünnschicht und Entwicklungsgemisch. The application of the cone stripe method of Matthias for the paper chromatographic separation of the components of sugar mixtures is presented. The combination of buffered thin-layer chromatography and developing mixture is suggested for the qualitative analysis of sugars. L’auteur présente la méthode de Chromatographie au papier ä bande ä forme de coin de Matthias en faisent la séparation des composants de mélanges de sucres. II recommande Pemploi d'une combinaison tamponnée de couche mince et de mélange révélateur.
