Abstract
Die Verfasser bestimmten Vitamin C mit papierchromatographischer Methode und nach dem Verfahren von Tillmans aus Zitronen, Fruchtsaft, MirelitePraeparaten und Kartoffeln. Die Versuchsergebnisse wurden miteinander verglichen. Es wurden bei hitzebehandelten Produkten grössere Abweichungen festgestellt. Deshalb ist es zweckmässig in jedem Falle zu entscheiden, welche der bekannten Methoden sich - in Anwesenheit der zu erwartenden störenden Substanzen — für die Analyse eignet. The contents of vitamin C were determined in lemons, fruit juices, Mirelité preparations and potatoes by paper chromatography and by the titration method suggested by Tillmans. On comparing the results, significant deviations were observed only in the case of preparations produced by heat treatment. Thus, it is advisable to choose that one of the several known methods which appears to be most suitable, considering the presence of the substances of interfering effect. Les auteurs ont fait des doseges de vitaminé C dans du jus de citron, de fruits divers, de préparations de Mirelité et de la pomme de térré. Ils ont compare les résultats. Ils ont trouvé des differences notables avec les préparations traitées par la chaleur. C’est pourquoi il est recommandable de décider dans chaque cas, en connaissance de la présence des corps perturbateurs éventuels, quelle est la méthode de dosage la plus utile pour l’analyse.
