Abstract

Die Verfasser beschreiben ihre durch Prüfung des aus einheimischen Weizen selbst gewonnenen Purothionins erhaltenen Resultate. Sie extrahierten das Purothionin aus Weizenmehl BL 112, bestimmten das Molekulargewicht der Fraktionen sowie die Aminosäurenzusammensetzung durch MolekularsiebFraktionierung. Authors give an account on their results related to the study of purothionin prepared from Hungarian wheats. Purothionin was prepared from BL 112 wheat flour, the molecular weight of the fraction was established by molecular sieve fractionation and amino acid composition was determined.
