Die Verfasser führten ihre Versuche in dem mit automatischen Maschinenreihen arbeitenden Teigwarenbetrieb von Békéscsaba durch, woher mit einer Grössenordnung von Millionen per Gramm infizierte Teigware in den Verkehr gebracht wurde. Sie stellten festen, dass die Infektion beinahe in jedem Falle von einem zum nämlichen Phagentypus gehörenden Bakterium verursacht wurde. Die monatliche desinfizierende grosse Aufräumerei verringerte die Staphylococcus aureus Keimzahl der einzelnen Phasen und der Fertigware nur übergangsweise und die eingeführten hygienischen Verordnungen blieben ohne Erfolg. Sie prüften weiterhin den Wirkungsgrad von verschiedenen technologischen Abänderungen, deren Zweck die Hemmung der im Laufe der Produktion stattfindenden Vermehrung dieses adaptierten, sog. „häuslichen“ Stammes war. Authors report on their investigations, carried out in the paste plant of Békéscsaba, a factory equipped with an automated production line. The products of this plant were contaminated by Staphylococcus aureus haemolyticus in the order of 106. It could be stated that contamination was due in almost every case to bacteria belonging to the same type of phages. The monthly desinfective big cleaning lowered the number of Staphylococcus aureus germs in the end product and the production phases but temporarily, hygienic measures taken remained without any effect. The efficiency of different modifications in technology carried out with the aim of suppressing the growth of this adapted “domestic” strain, was studied as well.
