Abstract
Verfasserin gibt eine Übersicht über die lebensmittelhygienischen Probleme der Antibiotika-Verwendung. Sie stellte eine Methode ein, mit welcher sie 75 Kuhmilchproben untersuchte. Überall erhielt sie negative Ergebnisse. Neben den Kuhmilchproben wurden auch Muttermilchproben untersucht und in beträchtlichem Masse (20%) für positiv befunden. The author reviews the problems of food hygienics related to the use of antibiotics. A method developed by her allowed the assay of 75 samples of cow’s milk. The samples showed negativity. Parallel assays of human milk showed, however, a high positivity (20%). L’auteur passe en revue les problemes qui se produisent par l’emploi des antibiotiques dans l’hygiéne alimentaire. La méthode développée par Tauteur a rendu possible l’examen de 75 échantillons de Iáit de vache ä la fois. Les échanti 1 Ions ont montré une négativité. Les examens du Iáit des femmes, au contraire, a montré une positivité éievée (20%).
