Absztrakt (kivonat)

Zielsetzung der Versuche des Verfassers war die Verfolgung des Abbaus der Fungicide vom Dithiokarbamat-Typus, sowie die der Anzahl der Zersetzungprodukte als Funktion der Zeit. Aus seinen Messungen kann gefolgert werden, dass die Zersetzung der ZinkAethylen-bis-Dithiokarbamate in Weinen derjenigen „in vitro” ähnlich verläuft. Das zweite Ziel der Versuche war die Feststellung der Richtung der Umwandlung und die Zeitdauer der Enstehung des Endproduktes der Zersetzung. Investigations were carried out in order to follow the decomposition of fungicides of dithiocarbamate type, and the number of decomposition products in the function of time. It was concluded from the data of measurement that the decomposition of zinc ethylene-bis-dithiocarbamates in wines takes place in a way similar to the „in vitro” conditions. A further aim of the investigations was to establish the direction of the conversion of the decomposition products and the time required for the formation of the final decomposition products. L’objectif de l’étude était de suivre la décomposition des fongicides du type dithiocarbamate et de déterminer le nombre des produits de décomposition en fonction du temps. On peut conclure des résultats que la décomposition des zinc-éthyléne-bisdithiocarbamates dans le vin et similaire ä celle observée in vitro. Un objectif ultérieur de l’étude était d’établir la diréction de la transformation des produits de décomposition, ainsi que le temps nécessaire pour la formation du produit final de décomposition.
