Es konnte aus den Angaben der aufgrund von individuellen und gemischten Kuhmilchproben, sowie gemischten Schafmilchproben mit/ der Kjeldahl- als Referenzmethode parallel durchgeführten Bestimmungen festgestellt werden, dass der automatische eiweissprüfende Apparat Pro Milk der Firma A/S N. Foss Electric (Dänemark) geeignet ist: - zur betrieblichen Verrechnung des Eiweissgehaltes der von den Betrieben aufgekauften Milch; - zu Tierauswahl- und Nachkommenkontrolle-Zwecken aufgrund der Messung der Eiweissgehaltes von individueller Kuhmilch; - zur periodischen und regionalen Ermessung des Eiweissgehaltes der Produzentenmilch; dies ist eine wichtige Bedingung der komplexen, Bewertung der Produzentenmilch auf Nutzsubstanz-Basis. Data of the analysis of individual and mixed cow milk samples and of mixed sheep milk samples carried our parallel to each other by the Kjeldahl method and by the reference method proved that the automatic protein analyzer instrument of type Pro Milk II of A/S N. Foss Electric (Dänemark) is suitable; — for settling the accuonts based on the protein content of milk bought by the individual dairy plants; — for measuring the protein content of the milk of individual cows for purposes of animal selection and progeny control; — for the periodical and regional measurement of the protein content of milk bought from farmers, serving as an essential prerequisite of evaluating farmer milk in a complex war, according to its contents of valuable components.
