Abstract

Die Verfasser bestimmten den Kalium- und Calcium-Gehalt der Milch — abweichend von den bisher angewendeten Methoden — unmittelbar aus Milch,, vermittels des Flammenphotometers. Das Verfahren ist rasch und besonders für Routine-Untersuchungen geeignet. Von der Milch werden verdünnte Lösungen bekannter Koncentration bereitet und an dem Flammenphotometer die Deviation des Galvanometers abgelesen. Als Kalibrationskurve diente ein mit Milch bekannter Zusammensetzung konstruiertes, ähnliches Diagramm. Der Kalium- und Calciumgehalt der Milch wurde auch mit anderen Methoden bestimmt. Der Vergleich mit den unmittelbaren flammenphotometrischen Resultaten ergab gute Übereinstimmung. In contrast to the methods applied thus far, the contents of potassium and calcium of milk were determined directly from the milk samples by flame photometry. The method is quick and is suitable mainly for routine tests. Dilute solutions of known concentration were prepared from the milk sample, and the galvanometer deflections were read on the flame photometer. Similar diagrams plotted with milk samples of known composition served as calibration curves. The contents of potassium and calcium of milks were determined also by other methods and the results compared well with the data obtained by way of direct flame photometry. On a dósé la teneur en potassium et celle en calcium du Iáit, différemment des méthodes utilisées auparavant, par une méthode directe, au photometre ä flamme. Le procédé est rapide et se préte surtout ä des analyses de routine. On prépare des dilutions connues du Iáit et lit l’amplitude du galvanométre du photometre ä flamme. La courbe d’étalonnage est fournie par un diagrammé obtenu ä partir du lait de composition connue. Les valeurs de porassium et calcium obtenues par d’autres méthodes étaient en bon accord avec ceiles obtenues par la méthode directe au photométre ä flamme.
