Abstract

Verfasserin bestimmt den Calciumgehalt von Knochen- und Milchasche mittels einer Messlösung von Äthylendiamintetraessigsäure. Sie berücksichtigt die Zusammensetzung der Aschen und die darauf rückführbaren störenden Umstände. Sie führt die Versuche unterhalb einer Konzentration von 3.10-JCa Mol/1 durch, zwecks Vermeidung der Ausscheidung von CaHP04. Den pH Wert stellt sie auf 10,3 ein, so wird auchMg(OH)2 nicht ausgescheiden. Als Indikator wird Phtaleinpurpur, zur Maskierung von Eisen eine Triäthanollösung, zur Maskierung des Magnesiums eine Oxinlösung verwendet. The calcium content of the ash of bones and of milk was determined with a solution of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid as titrant. The composition of these ashes and the interfering cinditions due to his composition and taken into account. In order to avoid the precipitation of CaHP04 the analysis was carried out in concentrations below 3 -10~4 М/1 Ca. The pH value was adjusted to 10-3 and thus magnesium hydroxide was not precipitated either. Phthalein purple was applied as indicator, a triethanolamine solution used for masking iron whereas an oxine solution for masking magnesium. L’auteur utilise, afin de doser la teneur en calcium des cendres d’os et de lait, une solution d’EDTA. Elle tient compte des compositions différentes des cendres et des interférences qui en résultent. Le dosage s’effectue ä des concentrations inférieures ä 3- IO-4 mol/1 de Ca, afin d’éviter la precipitation du СаНР04. La valeur du pH est portóé ä 10,3, ainsi on évite également la precipitation du Mg(OH2). On utilise, en tant qu’indicateur, le pourpre de phthaléine, afin de masquer le fer une solution de triéthanolamine et, pour masquer le magnésium, une solution d’oxine.
