Abstract
Die Verfasser untersuchten den Phosphorsäure- und Chiningehalt von Erfrischungsgetränken vermittels thermogravimetrischer Analyse unter Anwendung des Derivatographs. Der Phosphorsäuregehalt wurde mit dem Ammoniumphosphormolybdat-Verfahren, der Chiningehalt aber mit der o-PhenantroIinphosphormolybdat-Methode bestimmt. The contents of phosphoric acid and quinine were determined in soft drinks by means of thermogravimetric analysis, using a derivatograph. The content о phosphoric, acid was determined with the ammonium phosphomolybdate method whereas the quinine content with the] o-phenanthro!ine-phosphomolybdate method. Dans leur communication les auteurs rendent compte de leurs examens par rapport ä la teneur en acide phosphorique et en quinine des boissons rafraichissantes, effectués par analyse thermogravimétrique en utilisant le Dérivatographe. On a dósé la teneur en acide phosphorique par la méthode au molybdate d’ammonium et celle en quinine par le procédé au phosphomolybdate d’orthophénantroline.
