Abstract

Das Verfahren beruht auf der Gutzeit-Probe mit einem neuem, modifizierten Apparat. Das in dem Apparat gebildete Arsenhidrogen gelangt auf ein zwischen zwei Glasröhren placiertes Filtrierpapier, und die als Grundlage der Messung dienende Färbung entsteht in dessen Mittelpunkt, auf der Fläche eines mit einem Paraffinring ahgegrenzten Kreises. Als Reagens wird eine nammoniakalische Silbernitratlösung verwendet, deshalb entsteht ein besser auswertbarer schwarzer silberner Fleck. Die Methode eignet sich zur Bewertung von 3—15 у Arsen. The method is based on the Gutzeit test, using a modified apparatus. Arseonus hydride formed in the apparatus is led through a sheet of filter paper located between two glass tubes. The colouration serving as a basis of the measurement appears within a circle of the paper bordered by a paraffine ring. A I N ammoniacal solution of silver nitrate is applied as a reagent, developing in the presence of arsenic a black spot of silver, readily evaluable. The method lends itself to the estimation of arsenic amounts from 3 to 15 у . Le procédé est basé sut l’essai de Gutzeit avec l ’emploi d’un nouvel appareil modifié. L’arséniure d’hydrogéne formé dans l’appareil est conduit ' sur du papier fiit re piacé ént re deux tubes de vérré, la coloration qui sort de base pour le dosage se produit sur l’aire d’un cercle entouré d’un anneau paraffiné, situé au milieu du papier. Comme réactif les auteurs se servent d’une solution normale de nitrate d’argent ammoniacal, qui permet la formation d’une tache d’argent noire bien appréciable. Le méthode peut servir ä apprécier 3 a 15 gammas d’arsenic.
