Die Verfasser beschreiben das zur Identifizierung des Polyphenolgehaltes von Obst angewendete Verfahren. Nach einem Verteilungstrennverfahren wiesen sie die Polyphenole mit papierchromatographischer Methode nach. Zur Papierchromatographie verwendeten sie n-Butanol-Essigsäure-Wasser im Verhältnis von 4:1:5 und 15%-ige Essigsäure, als Lösungsmittel. Sie beschreiben die zur Entwicklung verwendeten Reagenzien. Sie teilen die identifizierten Polyphenole bei einigen Obstsorten mit. A method for the identification of the polyphenol content of fruits is presented by the authors. Namely, polyphenols are detected, after their separation by a partition procedure, with the use of a paper chromatographic method. In this paper chromatographic process, a 4: 1 : 5 mixture of n-butanol: acetic acid: water and 15% acetic acid served as solvents. The composition of the reagents applied on developing chromatograms is also given. The polyphenols identified in some fruit types are presented. Les auteurs donnent la description du procédé employé par eux pour l’iden* tification des polyphénols contends dans les fruits. Ils ont décélé les polyphénols par Chromatographie sur papier apKs les avoir sounds á un procédé de fragmentation. Pour la Chromatographie ils ont employé les solvants suivants: n-butanol-acide acétique-eau 4:1:5 et acide acétique á 15%. Ils énumerent aussi les réactifs employés pour le développement des chromatogrammes. Ils donnent la liste des polyphénols identifiés pour quelques espéces de fruit.
