Die Verfasser untersuchten das poiarographische und oscillopolarographische Verhaltender in Ungarn für die Färbung von Lebensmitteln und Getränken zugelassenen synthetischen Farbstoffe. Sie stellten fest, dass alle in Frage kommenden Farbstoffe polarographisch aktiv sind, doch liegen die Werte der Halbstufenpotentiale so nahe beieinander, dass sie mit der klassischen Polarographie weder an und für sich, noch in Gemischen zuverlässig bestimmt werden können. Auf Grund ihres oscillopolarographischen Verhalten können sowohl die zurzeit zugelassenen, wie auch die früher zugelassenen, gegenwärtig aber bereits untersagten Farbstoffe auch in Gemischen bestimmt werden. Die Prüfungsergebnisse werden durch Polarogramme und Oscillogramme illustriert. The polarographic and oscillopolarographic behaviour of synthetic dyes licensed in Hungary for colouration of foods and beverages was studied by the authors. All possible dyes proved to be polarographically active. However, the values of half-wave potentials are so adjacent to each other that the determination of dyes alone or in mixtures cannot be carried out in a reliable way by conventional polarography. On the basis of their oscillopolarographic behaviour it was possible to determine both the today licensed dyes and those previously licensed but now forbidden. The results of investigations are presented in polarograms and oscillografns. Les auteurs ont étudie le comportement polarographique et oscillopolarographique des colorants synthétiques autorisés en Hongrie pour colorer les denrées alimentaires et les boissons. Ils ont établi que tous les colorants synthétiques qu’on peut prendre en considération sont polarographiquement actifs, mais les valeurs du potentiel de demi-áchelle sont tellement rapprochés, qu’on ne peut pás les déterminéer par la polarographie classique, ni isolément, ni en mélange. Cependant leur comportement oscillopolarographique permet la détermination, non seulement des colorants antorisés actuellement, mis aussi de ceux antorisés autrefois et interdits actuellement et celá aussi dans les mélanges de ces colorants. Ils illuminent les résultats de leurs récherches par des polarogrammes et des oscillopolarogrammes.
