Das auf den verpackten Milchprodukten angegebene Volumen oder Gewicht ist ein nominaler Nettowert. Die Packmaschinen sichern den nominalen Gehalt als durchscnittlichen Nettowert, das Volumen bzw. das Gewicht der einzelnen Pakete jedoch weicht von dem Durchschnittsert ab. Die ungarischen Normen gestatten eine Abweichung nur für Flaschenwaren und Butter, deswegen war es notwendig, für alle anderen Produkte von der Art und Weise der Verpackung (manuell, maschinell), sowie der Grösse der Verpackungseinheit abhängige Toleranzen auszuarbeiten. Methode der Toleranzbestimmung: Verfasserin bewertete die je Betrieb und Packmaschine gemessenen Daten mit mathematisch-statistischen Verfahren. Sie bestimmte die normale Verteilung der Veränderlichen, akzeptierte als zeitweilige Toleranz den bei 95%-igem Wahrscheinlichkeitsniveau berechneten Streuungswert, ohne Unterscheidung des Typus der Packmaschine. Sie arbeitete zugleich das Verfahren für Gewichtskontrolle der nach Volumen gefüllten Produkte aus und schrieb auch das Betriebsverfahren für Gewichtskontrolle vor. The volume or weight given on the labels of prepacked dairy products is a nominal net value. Packaging machines secure that the nominal value is actually an average net value though the real volume or weight of the individual packages may differ from this average value. According to Hungarian standards deviations from the values given on the labels are permissible only in case of butter and of wares sold in bottles. Therefore it was necessary to establish tolerance values for all other products depending on the way of packaging (manual, mechanical) and on the size of the packed unit. The tolerance values were established as follows. The data measured in various plants on various packaging machines were evaluated by mathematical-statistical method. The normal distribution of the variable was established. The scattering value calculated at the probability level of 95% was accepted as temporary tolerance value without specifying differences according to the type of the packaging machine. Also a method was developed for the checking of the weight of wares packed on a volume basis and a procedure was evolved for the checking of the weight control methods applied in the plants.
