Die radioaktive Kontamination von Milch, Salad, Sauerampfer und Spinat wurde im Bezirk von Pécs in der Periode zwischen 1963 und 1973 untersucht. Die Ergebnisse wurden mittels Varianzanalyse m it den durchschnittlichen Landeswerten verglichen. Dabei wurde festgestellt, dass die Kontamination von Milch in Pécser Bezirk dem Landesdurchschnittswert ähnlich ist, während von den untersuchten Gemüsesorten die Kontamination des Salats geringer als der Landesdurchschnittswert ist, die des Sauerampfers und des Spinats aber annähernd gleich sind. Im Fall beider letztgenannten Gemüsesorten veränderte sich das Mass der radioaktiven Kontamination während der Jahren signifikant. The radioactive contamination of samples of milk, lettuce, sorrel and spinach withdrawn in the Pécs district in the period from 1963 to 1973 was examined. The results were compared, with the use of variance analysis, to the data of the average contaminations of the whole country. It was found that the contamination of milk in the Pécs district is similar to the national average value, the contamination of lettuce is lower than the national average whereas the contaminations of sorrel and spinach are approximately the same. In case of both latter vegetables, significant changes were observed in the level of radioactive contamination, during the examined period. Les auteurs ont, entre 1963 et 1973, étudié la contamination radioactive du Iáit, du malt, de l ’oseille et de l ’épinard. On a, ä l ’aide de l ’analyse des variances, comparé les résultats avec les valeurs moyennes obtenues pour le pays entier. On a constaté que la contamination du Iáit de la région de Pécs était similaire á celle exprimée par la moyenne nationale. Parmi les légumes, la contamination de la laitue se montrait inférieure ä la moyenne nationale, tandis que celle de l ’oseille et de l ’épinard était, ä peu prés identique avec cette derniére. Chez les derniéres deux plantes la contamination variait significamment au cours des années.
