Die Verfasser teilen — als Fortsetzung ihres früheren Berichtes — weitere Angaben über den Kalium-, Natrium-, Calcium- und Magnesiumgehalt der in der ungarischen Volksernährung eine grössere Rolle spielenden Lebensmittel mit. Ihre Versuche bezogen sich auf Fleischwaren, Milchprodukte, Gemüsesorten, Hülsenfrüchte und Obst. Die erhaltenen Resultate stimmten zumeist mit den Angaben des Schrifttums überein. Die manchmal konstatierten Abweichungen werden wahrscheinlich von den Verschiedenheiten der angewandten Bestimmungsmethoden, sowie der verschiedenen Zusammensetzung der Produkte der einzelnen Länder verursacht. In continuation of their previous studies, further data are given by the authors in respect to the contents of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in foods frequently consumed in the nutrition of the Hungarian people. The investigations embraced meat preparations, dairy products, vegetables, leguminous plants and fruits. The obtained values were, in the majority of cases, in accordance with the data of literature. Here and there some deviations occurred which are presumably due to differences in the applied methods of determination, and to fluctuations in the composition of food products of various countries.
